Brookfield Ultra Low Viscosity Adapter (ULA) is used in conjunction with standard viscometers and rheometers to measure the viscosity of low viscosity objects. Both Newtonian and non Newtonian fluids are applicable. Commonly used for LV series models (viscosity measurement range of 1-10 cP for these LV models using ULA at a speed of 60 rpm). ULA consists of a cylindrical rotor and a sleeve (sample cup), which can accurately measure viscosity and shear rate values.
There is a movable plastic cap at the bottom of the sample cylinder. Removing the plastic cap allows the sample cylinder to be directly placed in a beaker or sample can. When putting on the plastic cap, the bottom of the sample cylinder is closed and can be placed in a constant temperature water bath for constant temperature control, or the ULA-40Y water bath jacket can be used for accurate temperature control. The temperature control range is -15 ℃ -100 ℃.
